I love making bags because they are so quick and easy to do! Here is another one but this time for the girls. I love the buttons on the heart - they look like jewels.

Sail Away With Books Library Bag

Since making the I Choose Books library bag for my youngest, my other son wanted me to make him one as well. So this is the one that I made for him. The boat is patchwork and the words were embroidered using a chain stitch. The bag is actually reversible with the inside being the navy fabric (the I Choose Books bag is also reversible). 

Library bags are so fast and easy to make!

I Choose Books! (Pokeballs) Library Bag

My son needed a new library bag so I decided to make one instead of buying another - just to give it a personal touch. He liked Pokemon so this was what I came up with. The Pokeballs were made from felt and applique on. It's pretty basic but he loves it. Nothing like an inspiring bag to encourage reading!
